By creating an account or using NurturePath, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. NurturePath is a care coordination platform that helps caregivers organize routines and shift handovers.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of information you enter
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Ensuring you have consent to record health information about care recipients
• All activity that occurs under your account

NurturePath is a tool to support caregiving — it does not provide medical advice and should not replace professional medical judgment.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Enter false or misleading health information
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service or its data
• Share another person's private health data without proper authorization

NurturePath is free during early access — all features are included at no cost, with no recurring subscriptions or in-app purchases. We may introduce optional paid features in a future version; any such changes will be communicated in advance and will never affect data you have already entered.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

NurturePath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on information stored within it.
